Sorting transaction

Transactions are by default sorted by their date.

To change the sorting column just click on the column name and the transactions will be sorted according to the column. Click on the same column again and the sorting order will change from ascending to descending or vice versa

By pressing the CTRL button and clicking on a second column the transactions are sorted by both columns. There is no limitation on the number of columns involved.

By holding down the Ctrl + Shift buttons and clicking on the same column the sort order of the selected column can be switched from ascending to descending and vice versa

Resizing columns / Changing column order

You can simple resize a column by dragging the column edge.
Some columns have fixes widths and can not be resized (for instance the "Confirmed" column).

To change column order just drag a column and drop it on the desired location.

Editing columns

You can edit the columns in detail in the column edit window, by pressing the columns right edge button.

You can change the following column data

• Alignment (right, left, centered and bookkeeper for amounts)
• Name (double click the column or right click and choose "Rename column")
• Width (just enter the width in the right corner edit box (if available))
• Visibility (click on the check box in front of the column name, or change all columns to visible by click on menu "All visible"
• Click on menu "Default view" to change menu structure back to default
• Resize columns to window width (right click and choose or click on bottom menu)

Changes are instantly visible on screen, but are only applied when confirmed with the OK button.
